As we begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19),we want to ensure our customers know our business continuity team and administrators are planning and preparing accordingly. The health and safety of our customers, team members and community are a top priority. We are encouraging those sick to stay home and educating all staff on respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene. In addition, we have increased the frequency of sanitizing our branches.
Although we don’t anticipate a disruption in our normal business hours, our team has a remote access plan in place should the coronavirus continue to affect the communities we serve. If any changes in our business hours should occur, we will notify our customers via our Heritage Bank website and social media.
In the meantime, we’d like to remind our customers we have an array of electronic options that allow you to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and make deposits from the convenience of your phone or computer.
Online Banking (be sure you’re enrolled to have access in place)
Mobile Banking (be sure you’re enrolled in online banking & have downloaded the app to have access in place)
ATMs (our customers enjoy FREE ATMs nationwide)
